Tim Rodier
Building Technology
Program Head

An alumni of Pacific Design Academy, Tim has returned to share with his students his knowledge of the modern architectural workplace. Drawing on his practical experience of working alongside some of the finest architects and designers in British Columbia, Tim has prepared a Building Technology program steeped in practicality; a program designed to meet the needs of today's high-tech architectural industry while honouring proven traditional techniques.

An expert CAD draftsman, Tim's working knowledge has come from the preparation of highly technical construction documents for such projects as the Selkirk Waterfront Development, Shoal Point and the Royal Jubilee Hospital. As an independant building designer, he has received acclaim in the Capital Region for his residential and commercial developments. Blending the challenges of space planning with real world design implementations, Tim enables students to gain the confidence and abilities needed to successfully join the growing field of Architectural Building Technologists.
