This six week workshop introduces participants
to the amazing array of possibilities provided by Adobe's image-editing
program, Photoshop.
Course Length
6 weeks long, includes 12 - 3 hour sessions.
Course Overview
Participants will learn how to navigate around Photoshop's
interface and become familiar with the various tools and techniques necessary
for basic photo manipulation.
The following topics will be covered:
making
selections, adjusting contrast and color, retouching, masking, resolution
issues, and the use of layers for collage and photo-composition.
Prerequisites
Prior computer experience and strong electronic file management skills are highly recommended
for success in this course.
